These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AreWeGood website and macOS application (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
”AreWeGood,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to AREWEGOOD, LLC (“Company”).

AreWeGood provides analysis and suggestions about communication. The Service is for informational purposes only and is not medical, psychological/therapeutic, legal, or other professional advice. You are responsible for decisions you make based on any output.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase a subscription or use paid features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated.
We may offer a free trial of the Service. We do not require a payment method to start the trial. The trial period and terms may change from time to time. After the trial ends, you must subscribe to continue using paid features.
The current price for the Service is shown on our website at the time of purchase. The price is subject to change; any change will apply to renewals on or after the effective date of the change. Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe handles payment processing, card storage, and related compliance. We do not store your full payment card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until canceled.
You can cancel at any time via the billing portal (or through the Stripe customer portal link). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access through that date.
All sales are final. Fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial billing periods, unused time, downgrades, or cancellations.
The Service may allow you to submit or select text and messaging data for analysis (“User Content”), which may include personal information about you or others.
You represent and warrant that:
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process User Content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
If you use AI features, the text and messaging data you choose to analyze is transmitted to one or more third-party AI service providers we use to generate outputs.
Do not submit sensitive information you do not want processed by third parties.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or others.
The Service (including software, design, and branding) is owned by the Company and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the macOS application for your personal or internal business use.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. We do not guarantee outcomes.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access as described in these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including fees, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification).
We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. We will post updated Terms with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue there.
