This Privacy Policy explains how AreWeGood (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website or use our macOS application and related services (the “Service”).
The Service is designed to analyze your messaging conversations. To provide that analysis, the application may access messages and related metadata stored on your device (with your permission) and transmit selected content to AI service providers we use to generate analysis and suggestions.
We do not store your iMessages or other messaging content on our servers. Selected content is transmitted to AI service providers solely to deliver the analysis to you, and is handled by those providers under their own policies.
We may collect limited operational and diagnostic information about your use of the Service for security, troubleshooting, performance, and Service improvement. You should not submit information for analysis that you do not want processed by third-party AI providers.
Purchases are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full payment card number. We may receive limited purchase/subscription metadata necessary to provide the Service (for example: subscription status, plan, timestamps, transaction identifiers, and customer ID).
